1. $ 100.00 DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN YOU BOOK THE HOUSTON BALL ROOM & $ 50 DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN YOU BOOK
WIREGRASS ROOM OR PEANUT ROOM.YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT GUARANTEED UNLESS DEPOSIT IS PAID IN FULL.
REST OF THE AMOUNT IS DUE BEFORE 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT.
RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IN THE EVENT OF THE NON PAYMENT OF THE FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE.
2. DEPOSIT CAN BE REFUNDED ONLY FOR THE 7 DAYS AFTER MAKING RESERVATION & IN NO CASE IT WILL BE
REFUNDED THEREAFTER.IT CAN BE ADJUSTED TO THE OTHER AVAILABLE DATE IF GUEST WISH DEPENDING
ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE DATE.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $ 150 FOR HOUSTON BALL ROOM, $ 75.00 FOR WIREGRASS ROOM & $ 50.00 FOR PEANUT
ROOM WILL BE DUE BEFORE 7 DAYS OF EVENT ALONG WITH THE FULL PAYMENT.
4. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK AFTER 2 DAYS OF THE EVENT IN CASE OF SATISFACTORY
INSPECTION OF THE ROOM. IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE ROOM OR FAILURE TO CLEAN THE ROOM
SATISFACTORILY, DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED & EXPENSES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. IN
CASE OF MAJOR DAMAGE GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE ACTUAL COST TO GET IT FIXED OR
REPLACEMENT WHICHEVER IS MORE.
5. GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER CLEANING THE ROOM AFTER THE EVENT & FAILURE TO DO SO
WILL RESULT IN RETAINING THE DEPOSIT. HOWEVER GUEST CAN PAY CLEANING FEES OF $ 50 IF THEY DO NOT
WANT TO CLEAN THE ROOM AFTER THE EVENT.
6. GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO SHOW TO THE FRONT DESK THAT THERE IS NO DAMAGE DURING THE EVENT AT
THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT. IT WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES
HAPPENED TO THE ROOM OR OUTSIDE DURING THE EVENT. IF DAMAGES ARE MORE THAN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT
GUEST MUST PAY THE REST OF AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT.
7. SMOKING & DRINKING OF THE ALCOHOL, DRINKS CONTAINING ALCOHOL, CONSUMING THE DRUG OR ANY ILLEGAL
ACTIVITY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE OR OUT SIDE THE ROOM.MANAGEMENT CAN TAKE APPROPRIATE
ACTIONS INCLUDING LEGAL IN CASE OF SUCH VIOLATION.
8. IF GUEST HAS NOT PAID THE SET UP FEES, HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SET UP & PUTTING BACK ALL THE
FURNITURE AFTER THE EVENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE PENALTY OF $ 75 WHICH WILL BE
DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
9. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SWIMMING POOL AREA OR ANY OTHER AREAS OF THE HOTEL WITHOUT
PERMISSION DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT.
10. ROOM TIMINGS WILL BE BETWEEN 6:00 A.M TO 2:00 P.M. FOR THE MORNING SESSION, BETWEEN 4:00 P.M. TO 12:00
A.M FOR THE EVENING SESSION & 8:00 A.M TO 12:00 MIDNIGHT FOR FULL DAY. GUEST MUST LEAVE BEFORE THIS
TIME. IN CASE OF DELAY THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE ROOM PER HOUR AS PER RULES. GUEST MUST
TAKE PRIOR PERMISSION & PAY FOR THE EXTRA HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT.

GUEST HAS TO AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN CASE OF FAILURE TO DO SO MAY
RESULT IN PENALTIES & OR ACTIONS INCLUDING LEGAL BY THE MANAGEMENT OF COUNTRY HEARTH INN & SUITES
