Reservations Policies:
- Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 4 p.m., local time. If the guest does not arrive by the specified time, the room may be given to another guest without any further obligation to the guest making the original reservation.
- A guest may guarantee a room for all nights by paying deposit of 1 night stay using a valid American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover credit card. Guest must cancel the reservation before 48 hrs of his arrival date for full refund.
- For non refundable rates, guest credit card will be charged for his full stay & no refund will be issued in any case.
- For individuals, when we require a deposit for a reservation made more than 14 days in advance, the standard amount required shall be the rate for one night’s stay regardless of the guest’s intended length of stay. The deposit must be mailed within 7 days of making the reservation or may be charged on the credit card . 48 hours – notice is required for cancellations for the guest to receive a refund of their deposit.
- For special events, we may require up to the full amount of the rental as a deposit. For MEETING ROOMS & BANNQUET HALL the booking deposit will be refunded only if it is cancelled with in 7 days of the reservation. Booking deposit will not be refunded after 7 days of the reservation in any case.
- For GROUP BOOKING the deposit is the total of one nights’ stay for each group room reserved regardless of the length of stay. The group must send the deposit 30 days prior to arrival. Guest must cancel the group booking before 7 days for the full refund of the deposit.
